Philip Wild, Founder

Phil Wild is an attorney and advisor to the music industry, whose resume is a Who’s Who of legendary record labels and the iconic figures behind them. He has served as Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Arista Records, Atlantic Records, WindUp, and EMI Music North America (including the Capitol, Virgin, AstralWerks and Blue Note labels). Now in private practice, he is also a counselor and personal advisor to artists and executives in the music business and other creative fields.

Diane Doebele Hall, Associate Attorney

Diane Doebele Hall graduated Fordham University School of Law in NYC and began her law career at Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG) in the corporate law department specializing in music publishing. She handled all agreements for the music publishing division, including catalog acquisitions of many legendary artists such as B.B. King. Diane also handled projects for BMG International, BMG Distribution and RCA Records. After leaving BMG, Diane became Vice President of Business Affairs at Zomba Music Publishing. In addition to her work in the music industry, Diane has experience handling commercial transactions within various industries. Diane is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
